A bright-eyed girl who joined the militia after being wooed into recruitment by Colonel Iris. Chipper and easy going, she makes for quite a natural person magnet. Despite her overall energetic and bright disposition, she spouts concerning and macabre comments, all with a smile on her face. No one knows for sure if she's only joking. Strangely enough, even with her popularity, she chooses to stick by the skittish and reclusive Noelle. The two seem to get along well and are known for their manzai-like interactions. Officer Dakila is... funnily readable. I can predict everything she's going to do. That's what she is-- methodical. Everything she does follows a certain instruction. That makes her extremely popular with others, though. Everyone knows what she's going to do and no one can peel their eyes away in a curious trance. Can't say the same for me. What's so fun in watching something predictable? It's like watching a movie that's been spoiled. As for Dakila's strength, though... Haha. Not telling. That's valuable information. Why would I sell off information about a fellow soldier? We're practically bound by a sisterhood now as fellow military members, aren't we? Haha... hahahaha!
