Diwa Dakila
Profile
A bright-eyed girl who joined the militia after being wooed into recruitment by Colonel Iris. Chipper and easy going, she makes for quite a natural person magnet. Despite her overall energetic and bright disposition, she spouts concerning and macabre comments, all with a smile on her face. No one knows for sure if she's only joking. Strangely enough, even with her popularity, she chooses to stick by the skittish and reclusive Noelle. The two seem to get along well and are known for their manzai-like interactions. Aside from her regular friendship with Noelle, she takes a very strange, nearly fan-like one-sided relationship with Iris.

Noelle says:
She's just like me: a university student recruited before the school year started. That's where the similarity ends, though… She's filthy rich, it makes me shudder. She also has a weirdly strong urge to… kill herself, I think? Like, at the smallest inconvenience, she's going to sigh to herself then shake her head then smile and say something like, 'I'll kill myself' all happy. I have no idea if it's... a joke rich people make. Life is a gift, and another day alive is a blessing! I don't get her! Is this what you call a class difference? Whatever the case is, she's a weirdo. Ah! Is that offensive?! Sorry, sorry!

Officer Dakila is... funnily readable. I can predict everything she's going to do. That's what she is-- methodical. Everything she does follows a certain instruction. That makes her extremely popular with others, though. Everyone knows what she's going to do and no one can peel their eyes away in a curious trance. Can't say the same for me. What's so fun in watching something predictable? It's like watching a movie that's been spoiled. As for Dakila's strength, though... Haha. Not telling. That's valuable information. Why would I sell off information about a fellow soldier? We're practically bound by a sisterhood now as fellow military members, aren't we? Haha... hahahaha!
